Anemia is a common complication of chronic kidney disease,and an effective treatment of anemia in chronic kidney disease is of great significance in improving life quality of patients, protecting systemic organs, delaying disease progression and reducing cardiovascular mortality and all-cause mortality; 3SBio has committed for more than 20 years to clinically improving the treatment rate and target rate of patients with renal anemia, and star product EPIAO (recombinant human erythropoietin injection) has improved the anemia symptom of hundreds of millions of patients with renal disease since it was listed. During the conference held by Society of Nephrology, Chinese Medical Association in 2017, 3SBio held a satellite conference with the theme of “EPO Cell Protection in Renal Anemia” at the first parallel session. The conference was to promote exchanges and cooperation on fields such as peritoneal dialysis in the Asia-Pacific region, thus further improving the overall level of blood purification treatment and care in China.
