“BYETTA - Bannida” program is to provide using instruction and the preach and transfer of related knowledge on diabetes and response to adverse reaction in various forms and multiple paths for patients initially receiving BYETTA, thus improving the compliance of patients and assisting patients in preferably managing diabetes. The program adheres to the concept of “Patient-oriented”, so that the relationship between us and patients can be gradually changed from strangeness to acquaintance, from acquaintance to trust and from trust to care; and every patient will be attentively managed well, with an aim to help the patients make the right choice,and use for a longer time with a good experience.

The patient support program was initiated on April 01, 2013; by the end of 2016, the program has covered more than 700 hospitals in the country, serving more than 60,000 patients receiving BYETTA, and helped them to manage disease by themselves, thus establishing their confidence in the treatment of the disease and improving the quality of life.
